- There are several payment methods available: Paypal, Credit/debit/visa card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Ideal, Stripe.
- After purchasing the service, I'll contact you as soon as possible, so that together we can install a small plugin on your site, called: WP-Umbrella.
- Once installed, it allows me to add your website to my maintenance list.
- This will give me access to all the information I need to maintain your website.
Access to the website is necessary for me to carry out maintenance. An inaccessible website will not be eligible for maintenance services. If this is the case, or if you are unsure, please contact me by e-mail / phone before placing an order.
- Yes! it's possible to switch to another offer if you want more support and security. Simply contact me.
- If you have more than 1 website, please contact me by phone: +33 6 87 65 93 42 or by e-mail: contact@solanor.fr and we'll see what we can do together.
- If you have a WordPress multisite, then you will need a subscription per subsite.
- Example, if you have 1 main website and 3 subsites then you will need 4 subscriptions.
- The main website will be at the price indicated on the Solanor price page then an additional €5 per subsite.
Example: If you take the 50€/month plan for 1 multisite, composed of 1 main website and 3 subsites, then your subscription will be 65€/per month.
- If you have 1 multisite, then contact me by phone on: +33 6 87 65 93 42 or by e-mail: contact@solanor.fr and we will see together what is possible to do.
- It is entirely possible to cancel your subscription at any time by simply contacting me by phone on: +33 6 87 65 93 42 or by e-mail: contact@solanor.fr.
- If you cancel your subscription then it will end on the date planned at the time of your purchase and your website will no longer be maintained by my services.
- For all services, you will have 15 days from the date of purchase to decide whether or not you wish to be reimbursed. After this period, no refund will be possible and you will have to make a cancellation request.
- If you request a refund, then you will no longer have access to the maintenance services directly after being refunded.
